Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions

Aircraft brokerage, handled end to end.

Whether the airplane is already in your hangar or still out there somewhere, AirNoss runs the transaction from the first valuation through to closing. Piston, turboprop or jet, anywhere in the country.

Where you are

Two mandates. One standard.

People reach us one of two ways: ready to move an airplane on, or worn down from chasing listings that sold a week before they called. Either way you get a straight read on what the airplane is worth and what the deal actually looks like.

For owners

Sell your aircraft

You have an airplane that no longer fits, or one you have stopped flying enough to justify. You want a real number for it and someone else to carry the work.

  • Written market valuation and a defensible asking price
  • Professional photography, spec sheet and digitized logbooks
  • Listing exposure plus direct outreach to our buyer network
  • Showings, pre-buy, escrow and closing managed for you
How selling works
For buyers

Acquire the right one

You know roughly what you need, and you would rather have someone hunting than refresh a search every morning. Including the airplanes that never get advertised.

  • Mission-first spec, the airplane that fits how you actually fly
  • Nationwide search including aircraft that never hit the market
  • Pre-purchase inspection scoped and supervised on your behalf
  • Title, escrow, insurance, ferry and transition training arranged
How buying works
Who you work with

Two founders, on every deal.

AirNoss is not a listing desk. The two people who value your aircraft, price it and negotiate the terms are the founders themselves. They fly and manage these airplanes personally, so nothing you are told gets read off a spec sheet.

Tyler Nossaman

Type rated and current in various Citation models, with extensive piston time behind that. A background in business as well as flying means the numbers in a transaction get the same attention as the airframe.

Austin Payne

Turbine and jet time across Part 135 charter, Part 91 corporate and Part 121 airline flying, with type ratings collected along the way. He knows what a well-operated airplane looks like, and what a neglected one hides.

What we handle

The whole transaction, not just the listing.

Market valuation

Comparable closed sales, current absorption and a realistic window for the aircraft you actually own.

Marketing & presentation

Photography, specification sheets, digitized logbooks and listing placement that reflects the airplane.

Sourcing & vetting

Nationwide search and buyer screening, so time is only spent on aircraft and people that are real.

Pre-buy oversight

The inspection is scoped in writing with the shop, we are there for the findings review, and every squawk gets documented and addressed.

Title, escrow & closing

Purchase agreement, title search, escrow, bill of sale and registration handled end to end.

Delivery & transition

Insurance introductions, ferry flights and transition training arranged once the deal closes.

The short version

Three things worth knowing.

Piston to jet

Single-engine pistons, twins, turboprops and jets. Whatever you are buying or selling, we can represent it.

Records first

Logbooks, damage history, AD status and engine reserves all get read before anything gets priced, because that is where the real value of an airplane shows up.

After the sale

Management, maintenance coordination and hangarage arranged, so the airplane keeps flying once the check clears.

Aircraft Sales Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions

The next airplane is a decision, not a listing.

Whether you are moving an aircraft on or bringing one home, you deserve a broker who reads the logbooks, knows the market, and will tell you when the answer is no.

Aircraft Sales Start the conversation

Two minutes, and we take it from there.

Just the basics for now: your name, how to reach you, and whether you are buying or selling. We come back to you personally, usually the same business day, and work through the aircraft details together from there.

  • Takes under two minutes
  • Your details stay with our brokerage team
  • One reply from a founder, not a call center
