For owners

Sell your aircraft.

We price it against what is actually closing, present it properly, and put it in front of buyers who are qualified before they ever ask for a showing.

The process

From first valuation to the check clearing.

You always know what stage the sale is in and what happens next.

  1. ValuationWe go through the logbooks, damage history and avionics to find every dollar of value the airplane actually carries, then price it against sales that closed rather than sales that were asked for. What we land on is the strongest number the market will genuinely support.
  2. PresentationPhotography, a clean spec sheet and digitized records. Buyers decide on the first three images; we make sure yours earn the call.
  3. ExposureListed where buyers look, and worked directly through our owner, dealer and broker relationships across the country.
  4. Qualified showingsWe screen buyers before they get on your ramp, then scope and supervise the pre-purchase inspection so findings are handled, not weaponized.
  5. Close & deliverPurchase agreement, title search, escrow, bill of sale, registration and ferry. You sign, we handle the rest.
What we handle

The parts of a sale owners dread.

Market valuation

Comparable closed sales, current absorption and a realistic window for the aircraft you actually own.

Marketing & presentation

Photography, specification sheets, digitized logbooks and listing placement that reflects the airplane.

Buyer screening

We find out who is real before they book a trip to see your airplane.

Title, escrow & closing

Purchase agreement, title search, escrow, bill of sale and registration handled end to end.

A defensible number

Comparable closed sales, not asking prices, so the figure you take to market is one you can stand behind.

Qualified buyers only

We screen before anyone gets on your ramp, so your time goes to people who can actually close.

Paperwork handled

Purchase agreement, title search, escrow, bill of sale, registration and ferry. You sign, we do the rest.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

What is my aircraft actually worth?

We build a written valuation from comparable sales that closed, not from asking prices, and we factor in damage history, avionics, engine and prop reserves and how the airplane has been operated. You get the number and the reasoning behind it, so you can push back on it.

How long does a sale usually take?

It depends on type, price and how the market is moving, and anyone who gives you a single number before seeing the airplane is guessing. We tell you what to expect for your aircraft at the start, and we tell you again if the market moves.

Where will it be advertised?

The marketplaces buyers actually search, plus direct outreach through owner, dealer and broker relationships. A meaningful share of aircraft change hands before a listing ever gets attention, which is why the calls matter as much as the ad.

What do I need to have ready?

Logbooks and maintenance records, the equipment list, weight and balance, damage history and any STC paperwork. If records are incomplete we will tell you what that costs you and what is worth reconstructing before we go to market.

Who handles the pre-purchase inspection?

The buyer pays for it, but we scope it in writing with the shop and attend the findings review so that squawks get documented and addressed rather than used as leverage.

What does it cost to list with you?

Fees are agreed in writing before anything is advertised, and there are no surprises added at closing. Get in touch and we will walk you through the structure for your aircraft.
