Referral partners

Send us a lead. Get paid when it closes.

You already hear about airplanes changing hands before anyone else does. If you point that person our way and it turns into a transaction, you get a referral fee. No licence required, no work on your end beyond the introduction.

Who this is for

You probably hear it first.

Most aircraft transactions start as an offhand comment to someone the owner already trusts. If that is you, this is worth having on file.

Pilots and instructors

You fly with owners every week and hear when someone is thinking about a change long before it ispublic.

Maintenance shops

An annual that turns expensive is often the moment an owner starts thinking about selling.

FBOs and hangar managers

You know which airplanes have not moved in a year and which owners have outgrown theirs.

Accountants and advisors

Ownership changes usually sit alongside a tax or business decision you are already discussing.

Insurance and finance

You see the renewals and the applications, so you see the intent before the market does.

Anyone, really

You do not have to be in aviation. If you know someone buying or selling, that is enough.

How it works

Five steps, and four of them are ours.

Your part is the introduction. We handle everything after that and keep you informed as it moves.

  1. Send us the leadTheir name and how to reach them, plus whatever you know about the airplane. That is the whole ask.
  2. We agree the feeBefore we make contact, we put the referral arrangement in writing so the terms are settled up front.
  3. We take it from thereWe reach out, work out what they actually need, and represent the transaction from valuation through closing.
  4. You get updatesYou hear where it stands as it moves, including when it goes quiet or falls apart. No chasing us for news.
  5. You get paidOnce the deal closes and funds have moved, your fee is paid by direct deposit.
Agreed in writing

The fee is set and signed before we contact your lead, so there is never a question about what you are owed or when.

You stay informed

You hear where the deal stands as it moves. No wondering for six months whether anything came of it.

Your name is protected

We tell your lead who sent us, and we treat them the way you would want them treated. Your reputation is the reason this works.

Questions

Before you send one over.

What does a referral pay?

The fee depends on the aircraft and the kind of transaction, and it is agreed in writing before we make contact. Send us a note and we will tell you what the arrangement looks like for the kind of leads you are likely to have.

Do I need a licence to refer someone?

You are making an introduction, not brokering the transaction. That said, if you hold a licence or a fiduciary role, check your own obligations around accepting a fee, since the rules differ by profession and by state.

When do I get paid?

After the transaction closes and funds have moved. Aircraft deals can take time, which is why we keep you updated rather than leaving you to guess.

What if my lead is not ready to move yet?

Send it anyway. Plenty of owners take a year to decide. We will keep in touch with them at a sensible pace, and the referral still stands when they are ready.

What if they already talked to another broker?

Tell us up front and we will sort it out honestly. We are not going to put you in the middle of a dispute over who spoke to whom.

Can I refer buyers as well as sellers?

Yes. Someone looking for an airplane is worth just as much to us as someone selling one, and the arrangement works the same way.

Give us your details and theirs and we will take it from there. If you would rather introduce us over email yourself, that works just as well.
