For buyers

Find the right aircraft.

Tell us the mission and the budget. We search the market on and off listing, vet what we find, and walk the deal through inspection to delivery.

The process

The spec falls out of the mission.

You always know what stage the search is in and what happens next.

  1. Define the missionSeats, legs, runways, weather, and what you want to be flying in five years. The spec falls out of the mission, not the other way around.
  2. Search the marketActive listings, aircraft between owners, and airplanes whose owners have not decided to sell yet. We make the calls.
  3. Evaluate honestlyRecords review, damage history, corrosion and AD status, avionics obsolescence, engine and prop reserves. We tell you when to walk.
  4. Offer & inspectionLetter of intent, deposit into escrow, and a pre-purchase inspection at a shop we trust, scoped in writing and supervised by us.
  5. Close & transitionTitle, escrow, insurance binder, ferry flight and transition training arranged so you are current and insurable on day one.
What we handle

The whole purchase, not just the search.

Sourcing & vetting

Nationwide search, on and off listing, so time is only spent on aircraft that are real.

Pre-buy oversight

The inspection is scoped in writing with the shop, we are there for the findings review, and every squawk gets documented and addressed.

Title, escrow & closing

Purchase agreement, title search, escrow, bill of sale and registration handled end to end.

Delivery & transition

Insurance introductions, ferry flights and transition training arranged once the deal closes.

Off-market too

Active listings, aircraft between owners, and airplanes whose owners have not decided to sell yet. We make the calls.

We tell you to walk

Corrosion, AD status, obsolete avionics, thin engine reserves. Being told no early is cheaper than finding out late.

Current on day one

Insurance introductions, ferry flights and transition training arranged once the deal closes.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

How long does it take to find the right airplane?

Weeks if what you want is sitting on the market at a fair number, considerably longer if it is not. We would rather take longer and put you in the right airframe than move quickly into one you will want to replace in two years.

Do you only show me aircraft that are listed?

No. A large share of what changes hands never gets advertised. We work active listings, aircraft between owners, and airplanes whose owners have not decided to sell yet, which usually means making calls rather than refreshing a search.

Who pays for the pre-purchase inspection?

You do, as the buyer. We scope it in writing with the shop, attend the findings review, and make sure everything found is documented and addressed before money moves.

Can you help with financing and insurance?

We can make introductions to lenders and underwriters who work in this market and coordinate the paperwork alongside the purchase, so the binder and the funds are in place when the closing date arrives.

What happens if you tell me to walk away?

Then we go back to looking. Corrosion, AD status, obsolete avionics and thin engine reserves are all reasons to stop, and hearing no early is a great deal cheaper than discovering it after the money moves.

What does it cost to have you represent me?

Fees are agreed in writing before we start looking. Get in touch and we will explain how it works for the kind of aircraft you are after.
